Full-Time/Part-Time Opportunities
a) Digital Marketer (Sales Associate)
Help our customers find the perfect gifts by providing excellent product knowledge.
Role: Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing online sales funnels, promoting products on social media, and driving traffic to the e-commerce store.
Skills: Social media management, content creation, SEO, paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook), and analytical skills.
b) Social Media Manager
Role: Managing our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest), creating engaging content, running campaigns, responding to messages, and analyzing social media performance.
Skills: Content creation, creativity, understanding social media algorithms, and graphic design basics.
c) Customer Service Representative
Assist customers via phone, email, and social media, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues with their orders.
Role: Handling customer inquiries, assisting with orders, managing complaints, and providing support via email, phone, or live chat.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer relations skills.
d) E-commerce Operations Assistant
Role: Managing the backend of the online store, processing orders, updating product listings, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.
Skills: E-commerce platform management (WooCommerce), attention to detail, order processing, customer service, and logistics coordination.
e) Inventory Manager
Handle inventory management, stock control, and ensure timely restocking of popular products.
Role: Managing stock levels, overseeing product listings, tracking orders, and coordinating with suppliers for replenishments.
Skills: Organization, data management, and experience with eCommerce platforms.
f) Store Manager
Oversee the operations of our physical retail space, lead the team, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Role: Overseeing daily operations of the gift shop, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and maximizing sales performance.
Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, communication, inventory management, and sales analysis.
g) Delivery Drivers and Riders
Role: Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customer orders, maintaining delivery records, and handling packages with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Skills: Time management, navigation skills, customer service, attention to detail, and knowledge of local routes.
Creative Collaborators
a) Personalized Gift Designer
We’re always looking to feature handmade, one-of-a-kind products from talented Kenyan artists and craftsmen. If you create unique artwork, crafts, or bespoke items, let’s collaborate to bring your creations to life at Artmall Gift Shop.
Role: Designing custom gifts, working on personalization requests from customers, and developing new product lines for personalized items.

b) Product Photographer
Join our team to help us capture the beauty of our products through professional photography for our website and social media.
Role: Capturing high-quality images of our products, including lifestyle shots and close-ups for the website and marketing.
Skills: Photography, photo editing, and attention to detail.
c) Content Writer/SEO Specialist
Do you have a passion for writing about gifts, creativity, and celebrations? We’re seeking talented writers to contribute blog posts, product descriptions, and marketing copy.
Role: Writing blog posts, product descriptions, and page copy optimized for search engines, researching keywords related to the gift industry, and implementing on-page SEO strategies.
Skills: Writing, SEO knowledge, research, and editing.
