Our Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping options to suit your needs. All shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size. Here are the available shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days. Available nationwide in Kenya.
  • Express Shipping: Fast delivery within 1-2 hours in Nairobi & Kiambu. Choose this option if you need your gifts sooner.
  • Same Day Gift Delivery in Nairobi: We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 8 AM within Nairobi.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees depend on your location and the size of your order. Here’s a breakdown of the costs:

Within Nairobi:

  • Local pickup: 00
  • CBD: KSh 250
  • Standard: KSh 400
  • Express: KSh 1000

Outside Nairobi:

  • Standard: KSh 400
  • Fargo/G4S charges may vary. Please confirm first

Special

  • Posta Fees to Schools: Ksh 100-200
  • Delivery fees to schools will vary depending on the location and method used (Via rider or G4S/Fargo)

Free Shipping Offer: Enjoy free shipping for orders over KSh 5000 within Kenya.

Order Processing Time

Once you place your order, we aim to process and dispatch it within 1-2 hours. Please note that order processing may take longer during busy seasons or public holidays or for custom/bulk orders.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen. Generally, orders are delivered as follows:

  • Within Nairobi: 1-2 hours for Express and Same-day delivery or within 24 hours for Standard Shipping.
  • Outside Nairobi: 1-3 business days depending on location.

Lost or Delayed Orders

We strive to ensure timely delivery, but sometimes unforeseen delays may occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Do We Ship Internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Kenya. We’re looking to expand internationally in the future, so stay tuned for updates!

For Your Convenience

  • Deliveries are made during regular business hours, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • We recommend providing a recipient’s phone number for easier contact during delivery.
  • Ordering MORE ITEMS together will allow you to SAVE on shipping fees.
  • Large items or delicate items: shipping fees will always be charged separately since these items require specific transport arrangements.

Do you offer same-day gift delivery?

In a rush? We’ve got you covered! Get your gift there lightning fast with Same-Day Gift Delivery for orders placed before noon or Next-Day Gift Delivery for orders placed after noon (subject to stock availability). Be sure to check the product page for in-stock status before checkout!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping all across Kenya for orders above Ksh 3,500.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

At this time, we don’t offer specific delivery date selection. However, you can see the estimated timeframe based on your recipient’s location during checkout.

What happens if no one is available to receive the delivery?

If you are not available to pick up the package, please send someone to pick up for you and notify us through a call or a message. For parcels, the courier company will typically attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful after the second attempt, they will contact you with options for redelivery or collection.

What if my order is damaged during delivery?

We carefully package all orders to minimize the risk of damage. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately at +254 101604397 or info@artmall.co.ke with your order details and photos of the damage.

Can I change the delivery location after placing the order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to update the delivery address. Please contact our customer service team at +254 101604397 as soon as possible.

If the order has already been shipped, changing the address might incur additional fees depending on the courier’s policies. We’ll inform you of any potential extra charges before finalizing the address change.

Tip: During checkout, double-check the delivery address to ensure accuracy and avoid any complications.
